about

Berlin born musician and graphic-designer, Frau Silberfischer, is a passionate collector of soundscapes within the busy urban environment of her hometown. By pitching and granulating the sounds she explores the complexity, darkness and depth within her surrounding. Beside incorporating those tactile ambients, her music reflects influences from industrial, hip-hop and techno with a cinematic approach.

Driven by pure self-expression her productions are dark, melancholic and magical journeys into the subconscious mind. She founded the NO DEFAULT Collective in Berlin in 2018 - the crew is working in the field of sound explorations and visual arts with their own record label. She has published her own music on No Default (Berlin), Modularfield (Cologne) and Bon Temps Records (France).
