All the tracks are great but Stepper is the standout for me! pounding syncopated kicks, rolling handdrums and playful sample work, dancefloor destroyer.

Since Pollen Pt. 1 Metrist has gone on to make some of the most intense & feverish releases in modern dance music. Coming back to this in 2023 however is just as exciting as it was when it first dropped and demonstrates how Metrist has always had a knack for some seriously freaky & leftfield productions. The manipulation of vocals on top of alien like productions makes for an addictive and consistently enjoyable listen while being a class grab bag for DJs who like to keep things interesting
